    Submit your application and pay the applicable fee.

  7. Courier Service (Optional)

Documents Checklist for No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Naming of New Born Child:

  1. Request Form / Letter

    Take a printout of the PDF and include it with your application.
  2. Letter from Parents
    A jointly signed letter from both parents stating:
    • Reason for requesting the NOC
    • Desired Given Name and Surname of the child
    • Date of Birth and Place of Birth of the child
