Overview

Indian nationals residing in South Korea can avail attestation services for individual affidavits that are required for legal, personal, or administrative purposes in India. These affidavits may relate to declarations such as name change, address confirmation, marital status, or other personal matters. Attestation ensures the document’s authenticity and acceptance by Indian authorities.

Steps to Apply:

• Register yourself on the DU Digital Global Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) website. <Click here> to register.

• Visit the DU Digital Global ICAC website to schedule your appointment and choose a convenient date and time for your visit. <Click here> to book your appointment.

• Ensure you have your passport, photographs, and prepared PoA/Affidavit/Will as listed in the Documents Checklist section.

• Go to the ICAC center as per the address mentioned in your appointment confirmation.
  Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.

• Submit your completed application along with the applicable fees.
  You can check the fee details under the Fee Details section on the website.
• If required, your biometric data will be collected at the ICAC center.

• You’ve successfully submitted your application.
  Optional: You can choose the Courier Service to have your certificate delivered to your doorstep.

• The verification process may include interviews or additional clarifications.

• Processing Time: Typically 5–7 working days, depending on document verification.

• Original passport with photocopies of the first, second, and last pages

• Alien Registration Card along with a photocopy

• Duly prepared and signed Affidavit to be attested

• One photocopy of the affidavit

• Valid Korean Residence Card or Visa copy
