These documents must be attested to establish authenticity and validity for official use.

Steps to Apply:

  • Ensure you have your passport, photographs, and prepared PoA/Affidavit/Will as listed in the Documents Checklist section.
  • Go to the ICAC center as per the address mentioned in your appointment confirmation.
    Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.
  • Submit your completed application along with the applicable fees.

  • If required, your biometric data will be collected at the ICAC center.
  • You’ve successfully submitted your application.
    Optional: You can choose the Courier Service to have your certificate delivered to your doorstep.
  • The verification process may include interviews or additional clarifications.

Documents Checklist for Attestation of Power of Attorney (POA)

  • Original Passport along with copies of first, second and last page of passport.
  • The contents of POWER OF ATTORNEY / AFFIDAVIT should be printed on plain paper (Not on the Stamp Paper)
  • Alien Registration Card along with photocopy.
  • Duly prepared Power of Attorney/Affidavit/Will to be attested.
  • Photocopy of the document
