- Create an account by registering yourself on the Du Digital Global Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) website.
Click here to register. - Book an appointment online through the Du Digital Global ICAC website. You may select a convenient date and time to visit the ICAC for document submission.
Click here to book your appointment. - Ensure that you have all the necessary supporting documents as specified in the “Documents Checklist” section.
- Visit the designated Du Digital Global ICAC according to your jurisdiction. The address and location will be mentioned clearly in your appointment confirmation letter. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Submit your application and pay the applicable fees at the ICAC. You may refer to the “Fee Details” section for the exact amount.
- Once your application is submitted, the process is complete. You may also opt for our courier service to have the attested document(s) delivered directly to your address.
- While your application is under process, you can track its status online to stay informed about each stage. Click here to track your application.
Note: For postal applications, please complete steps 1 and 2 first, then log in to your account and select the postal application option. Click here to log in. Follow the instructions to prepare your postal package and send it to the appropriate Du Digital Global ICAC according to your jurisdiction. Please make sure to include proof of payment in your postal submission.
- Fill out the online form to generate a PDF of the Request Form / Request Letter. A printout of this PDF must be submitted along with the other required documents.
Click here to access the form. - Submit the original OCI card along with two self-attested photocopies of the first and last pages (personal information pages).
- Provide a self-attested copy of proof of your current address in Thailand, such as City Registration, Meldebestätigung, Anmeldung, or Personal Ausweis.
- Include proof of payment of the applicable fee, if the payment has been made via bank transfer.
- Carry one recent passport-size photograph. All submitted documents must be self-attested.
- Enclose the completed checklist.
