A Driving License Certificate is issued by the Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) in South Korea for Indian nationals who require certification of their Indian driving license for use in South Korea. This certificate serves as a verification of the validity and authenticity of the Indian driving license for conversion or other purposes as per South Korean regulations.

The applicant’s name and date of birth should be exactly the same in passport as well as in driving license. Damaged/paper driving license might be asked for renewal.

  • Ensure you have your passport, photographs, and all other supporting documents as listed in the Documents Checklist section.
  • Go to the ICAC center as per the address mentioned in your appointment confirmation.
    Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.
  • Submit your completed application along with the applicable fees.

  • If required, your biometric data will be collected at the ICAC center.
  • You’ve successfully submitted your application.
    Optional: You can choose the Courier Service to have your certificate delivered to your doorstep.
  • The verification process may include interviews or additional clarifications.
